USAFrance Financials Group™ is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics & Strategy to support the structuring, organization, and intelligent use of client data across the Group. This role is a foundational position in building a secure, compliant, and scalable data framework to support strategic decision-making, client profiling, and targeted sales initiatives.

The role focuses on data structuring, anonymization, and preparation for AI-based analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Structuring & File Creation
• Design and maintain a standardized client template to consolidate client data.
• Organize client data sourced from existing files ensuring confidentiality, consistency and reliability.
• Create individual client files, structured in a way that supports future analytics and

AI processing.
Data Anonymization & Compliance
• Ensure client data is handled with a privacy-first approach.
• Implement data structures that comply with internal policies and regulatory constraints (confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements).

AI & Data Modeling Support
• Prepare datasets for integration into AI tools.
• Support the definition of client typologies and profiles, such as assisting in defining key objectives and success metrics using AI-driven analysis.

Client Insight & Pattern Analysis
• Analyze structured data to identify recurring client patterns.
• Analyze Data trends to identify client’s priorities and profiles.

Future Sales & Marketing Enablement
• Support the preparation of targeted sales and marketing campaigns by defining strategic segmentation based on client goals, profiles, and product opportunities.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Mandatory to be fluent in French and have excellent command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (data structuring, formulas, organization).
• Knowledge of data modeling and databases.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured data solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

EXPERIENCE
• 0–2 years of experience in data engineering, data science or analytics.
• Hands-on experience working with structured datasets (Excel, databases).
• Initial exposure to data cleaning, data organization, and basic data analysis.
• Experience working with Excel-based data models or client datasets is a strong plus.
