Work Arrangement: Hybrid, based on role requirements and location

We are seeking a Wealth Manager Advisor to join our Investment Unit and play a key role in the execution and oversight of customized investment strategies for our clients. The successful candidate must demonstrate uncompromising integrity, the highest ethical standards, and a strong commitment to serving the community while consistently acting in the interests of clients, in alignment with the values of USAFrance Financials Group™.

Within the Investment Unit’s strategic framework, the Wealth Management Advisor works in close coordination with Investment Management, Operations & Administrative Coordination, and Client Relations, ensuring a structured, disciplined, and fully compliant investment process.

The role encompasses responsibility for client portfolio oversight, investment strategy implementation, supervision of account administration, preparation and presentation of investment proposals, and ongoing portfolio monitoring, while strictly adhering to all regulatory, fiduciary, and ethical requirements applicable in both U.S. and cross-border environments.

This position requires the ability to exercise sound judgment, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and investment governance, within the scope of the firm’s defined investment framework.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Client Portfolio Management

• Manage existing client portfolios as defined by the Managing Advisor of the Investment Unit.

• Handle new prospects through defined internal channels (e.g. marketing, referrals).

• Maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and professionalism.

• Provide timely market updates and ongoing client communication


Investment Strategy Development & Portfolio Management

• Analyze clients’ financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

• Design tailored investment strategies (growth, income, capital preservation).

• Determine appropriate asset allocation within established guidelines.

• Select suitable securities and investment vehicles.

• Monitor, rebalance, and manage portfolios with a disciplined risk management approach.


Research, Monitoring & Reporting

• Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities.

• Conduct investment research and evaluate fund and product performance.

• Prepare performance reports and benchmark portfolio results.

• Support clients during periods of market volatility through education and guidance.


Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

• Follow internal compliance procedures and adhere to the Codes of Ethics of USAFrance Financials™, NFN, Guardian, and Park Avenue Securities (PAS).

• Operate within defined investment, governance, and escalation frameworks.


Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Financial Planning and Client Relations teams to align investment strategies with clients’ overall financial planning.

• Coordinate effectively with Operations & Administrative teams to ensure accurate account administration and execution.


SKILLS AND MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS


• Must be fluent in French and have excellent command of English.

• Must be licensed with Series 7, 63, and 65, or Series 7 and 66.

• Must demonstrate ability to manage client relationships and investment portfolios independently.

• Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations compliance, and fiduciary standards.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

• High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Experience with cross-border or international clients is a strong plus


EXPERIENCE

• Relevant experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services.

• Background in client acquisition and relationship management is a plus.

Compensation follows company policies regarding wealth management incentives and commission structures and is aligned with performance goals and benchmarks defined by USAFrance Financials Group. The firm reserves the right to adjust compensation based on individual performance, merit, and achievements.
